And Colleen did far more than provide excellent sales and marketing. She identified the pre-sale areas of improvement, balancing any investment cost versus sales and pricing benefits, as well as providing contacts for capable and cost effective contractors. She wisely supported the negotiation of the sale, ensuring we did not pay for inspections or other requests that were not typically paid for by the seller. She handled final clean-up prior to close of escrow, and all along the way helped the buyers too to make their upcoming acquisition seamless. In the end, we were able to sell our home ahead of others at a competitive price, and were then supported in extreme ways to ensure all the details that needed to be managed were done effectively and efficiently.
