"Colleen Bliss is a fantastic real estate agent. Colleen sold our >$3M home in Ruby Hill, successfully marketing the unique advantages of our home versus competitive homes on the market. And Colleen did far more than provide excellent sales and marketing. She identified the pre-sale areas of improvement, balancing any investment cost versus sales and pricing benefits, as well as providing contacts for capable and cost effective contractors. She wisely supported the negotiation of the sale, ensuring we did not pay for inspections or other requests that were not typically paid for by the seller. And she did this while making the buyers and buyers' agent feel comfortable with the process. Colleen continued her hard work after the sales contract was signed. As we had moved out-of-state, Colleen personally managed the elements needed to close based on the various inspection results, finding the most cost efficient methods to do so. As we had left our furniture to enable low cost staging, she handled the efforts to sell that furniture to multiple parties she found through her network and outside her network.
